Find your way around

What lives where in Givable, and the fastest ways to get to it.

Givable has one sidebar, one search box and one settings area. Once you know those three, you can find anything.

The sidebar

Everything is grouped by what you are trying to do:

SectionWhat's inside
DashboardHow giving is going right now
FundraisingCampaigns, forms, landing pages, checkout, peer-to-peer, events, stories
FinancialsDonations, payments, receipts, recurring gifts, funds, payouts, batch gift entry, pledges
ContactsSupporters, accounts and leads
MessagesText-message conversations
MarketingLists, journeys and broadcasts
AutomationsNotifications and flows
TemplatesEmail, document and text-message templates

Media LibraryYour images and files
AnalyticsReports and dashboards
Givable AIAsk questions about your data

You'll only see what your role allows. If a section in this list isn't in your sidebar, your permissions don't include it, and an administrator can change that under Settings > Team.

The search box at the top finds records and pages: supporters, donations, funds, forms and more. Press Ctrl + K (or Cmd + K on a Mac) from anywhere to jump straight into it.

It's usually faster than clicking. If you know the name, search for it.

Settings

Select the gear icon at the top right for Settings, which holds everything you set up once and rarely revisit: your organization's details, branding, team and roles, payments, receipting, integrations, and how your data is organized.

Your account

Your own profile, security (including two-step verification and passkeys) and notification preferences live under your avatar at the top right. Changes there affect only you, not your organization.

Switching organizations

If you work with more than one organization, or with subaccounts, select the organization name at the top of the sidebar to switch. Everything you see, every list, report and setting, belongs to the organization you're currently in.

Not sure which organization you're in? The name is always at the top of the sidebar.

Almost everything here can be arranged to suit you. The dashboard's tiles, the fields and tabs on a record page, the columns and figures on a list, and even which objects appear in this sidebar. See Build your own dashboard and Page layouts.
